The delivery of the ordered goods is carried out by the courier company "Speedy" or "Econt" to any populated place in Bulgaria.
For delivery outside Bulgaria, we work with courier companies DPD and GLS.
Transport costs to the customer or back to the office/service of "Sat Box" EOOD are for the customer's account, except in cases where it is not agreed otherwise or free delivery is announced under conditions specified on the site.

Free delivery is only to the office of courier companies "EKONT" or "SPIDI", in the case of an announced address to the door, the delivery is borne by the customer!

Advertised goods must be complete and in original packaging, cleaned and with intact warranty stickers. To be accompanied by a warranty card or its copy. Transport costs to the office/service are at the customer's expense.

Warranty conditions:

1. The warranty period is 12/24 (depending on the models mentioned in the offer) of the month and begins to run from the date of purchase of the device. The warranty is valid if during the warranty period the goods show a defect due to poor quality materials or improper workmanship.

2. The warranty is recognized by the authorized workshops only upon presentation of this warranty card, filled in legibly and containing the MODEL, FACTORY NUMBER, SELLER'S NAME, ITS SEAL AND DATE OF PURCHASE. Defective goods are presented in their original packaging. The warranty is only used by the noted owner.

3. Upon receipt of the goods, the factory number of the device and the same written on the warranty card are compared, tested and checked for cosmetic, factory and mechanical defects.

The warranty does not apply to:

- cosmetic defects of the housing;

- the power supply device, if there is no warranty sticker on it as well;

- remote control, accessories and additional accessories;

- HDMI cable in cases where it is included;

4. The guarantee is valid on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.

5. A repaired or replaced product is given an extended warranty period until the original warranty expires.

   Warranty service may be refused in the following cases:

- when there is a discrepancy between the data in the documents and the product itself, an attempt to forge the warranty card, traces of peeling off the sticker with the factory number, the warranty sticker and an attempt at unauthorized intervention;

- when the conditions for operation, installation, storage and transport are not met;

- when the damage is caused by improper use: shock, impact, mechanical or electrical overloads, malfunctions in the power supply network, getting wet, moisture penetration, natural disasters / thunder, floods, fire / operation with chargers of another type or purchased by others companies as well as other external influences.

7. There is no legal prescription for a maximum number of repairs that require the replacement of the device.

8. The maximum period for repair of defective goods is 30 WORKING days.

All orders placed before 5:30 p.m. are fulfilled the next WORKING day!!!

9. The fee for using the cash on delivery service, determined by the courier company in the amount of 1.0% of the value of the order, is paid by the buyer, except in cases where there is promotional free transport mentioned in the relevant promotion.

10. If the buyer wishes to receive the goods at a specific time of the day, an additional fee determined by the courier company in the amount of BGN 2.40 shall be paid.

11. Within 7 working days, the customer has the right to return the goods under Article 52, Paragraph 1, Item 7 of the Law on Consumer Protection, if it is undamaged, unopened, unused, with intact packaging.
