The Digital Devices RESI DVB-C FSM 16 (V5) is a professional PCI Express modulator card designed for high-capacity digital cable television systems. It converts compatible digital DVB sources and other digital content into DVB-C signals for distribution over existing 75-ohm coaxial cable networks.
